"We" and "Us" refer to 24 Saturn.
"Customer" refers to any customer that has purchased our products sold on
"Product", "Products" and "Goods" refer to any goods purchased on which the customer has fully paid for.
The following terms and conditions apply to customers who have purchased products through this website and have paid for them in full:
1.Subject to our in house inspection, we accept returns for damaged Goods caused by manufacturing defects. In this event, we will exchange Customer's damaged Goods for a new one if the damaged Goods received are returned to us in its original, unused condition with original packaging, labels all intact and Goods and packaging are all unopened.
2. At the moment, we do not offer refunds. If Customer would like to return their Product(s) due to reasons unrelated to clause 1 above, Customer may exchange it for a different product(s) adding up to the same value of the exchanged Product. We do not offer refunds for any unused value. Customer will be liable for any additional costs of the new product(s) that exceeds the original value of the Product(s) that has been exchanged. Customer shall pay for all delivery charges in relation to such exchanges including pick up and delivery.



We protect our customers' personal details and information provided to us on this website in relation to enquiries, feedback, deliveries and purchase of any products on this website.
